The course content is delivered via prerecorded lessons and live lectures. Every Sunday at noon central time, new prerecorded lessons and reading materials are available online for course participants. A 2-hour live lecture via video conferencing occurs every Thursday afternoon from 6 pm until 8 pm central time. A 2-hour live Question & Answer (Q&A) session via video conferencing occurs every Saturday morning from 10 am until 12 pm central time. 

*Beginning January 2020, candidates must complete a PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program OR equivalent work experience as a pharmacy technician (minimum 500 hours) in order to be eligible to take the PTCB certification exam.
